Safe and Sound Protocol
(SSP)
When our nervous system is calm, we can feel more connected and present in life. The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is a research-based mind/body approach that helps the nervous system to realize it does not need to be defensive and can relax to do its job, which is to self regulate. By listening to 5 hours of specialized music the SSP turns down the volume of stress alarm bells, & auditory sensitivity.
