Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), MACP

Whether you’re new to therapy or have experience under your belt, reaching out can be challenging. It is scary to open yourself up to someone you just met and share your story, and I get that. I aim to provide a welcoming and inclusive space that is free from judgment so that you can explore your experiences and concerns at your own pace.

My own experiences have taught me many things; however, what has resonated with me the most is that most of us strive to feel safe, understood, and accepted. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I aim to foster an environment where these feelings are possible. I believe each person has a unique story that deserves to be shared.

I work from a trauma-informed lens and use various approaches when working with individuals and couples. Some of these approaches include Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Emotion-Focused Therapy. When working with interpersonal relationships, I aim to help foster an environment where communication and vulnerability feels possible. I hope that by working collaboratively together, we can find the best approach to meet your goals.

A little more about me…

In my spare time I enjoy watercolor painting, playing soccer, taking care of my many plants, and spending time with my dog!
