I can help you process traumatic experiences by building emotional intelligence. My focus is on helping you navigate the present moment rather than becoming stuck in the past or future. Together, we can work on mastering your emotions so that you no longer feel afraid of them.
In my 15 years as a therapist specializing in mental health and addictions, I’ve worked with hundreds of individuals facing personality disorders, addiction, and life transitions. I understand how essential it is to build emotional intelligence and foster a stable therapeutic relationship to support meaningful progress.
