My humanistic approach integrates techniques from Gestalt therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive therapy (MCBT), Solution-Focused Brief therapy (SFBT), and Narrative therapy, ensuring sessions are tailored to your unique needs and goals. My intention in therapy is to work collaboratively with you to help illuminate your own innate wisdom, promote growth, and increase well-being, to help you create the life you want to live and to thrive.
